Shipping Policy


We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of purchase. All items are quality checked and perfectly packed for you.

Currently shipping to Australia Only. Please email us directly if you'd like international shipping and we can arrange that for you. 


Due to the current pandemic, deliveries may be delayed. Parcels delivered do not require a signature for delivery. Your parcel instead will be left in a safe place. 

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any items damaged or lost in transit. All claims for damaged package and/or items, as well as lost packages, should be directed to the respective postal/courier company. Please contact the specified courier directly and lodge the complaint with them for any missing or damaged goods. It is important to understand that we cannot control delivery times. Once items have been collected it is in the control of the courier company. We understand the frustration when items do not get delivered promptly and we are trying our hardest to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner.  

    We will also accept direct bank transfer upon request.
